(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed).
Cancellation policy
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
Cancellation reasons
The right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:
- has expressly consented to the Contractor commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- has confirmed his knowledge that by his consent he loses his right of withdrawal at the beginning of the execution of the contract.

Return policy
Irrespective of the statutory right of withdrawal (see above), we grant consumers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. The period is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To make use of the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must inform Software License Express of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear written declaration (e.g. letter, e-mail). After the expiration of the statutory revocation period of 14 days, we require a presentation of the reasons for claiming the money-back guarantee. The deadline is met if the written revocation is received by us before the expiration of the 30 days.
The refund of your payment will be made according to the right of withdrawal.
Entrepreneurs are excluded from the 30-day money back guarantee.
The statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by the voluntary extension to 30 days.
